There’s something nice about holidays and sketching. Yawn, Stretch, Sketch.
Our Wednesdays at Bella Vista are very relaxed. Just turn up if you feel the mood coming on, and start with a great coffee or apple tart or mushrooms on toast, overlooking one of Sydney’s best Harbour views.
The first Wednesday had a promised temperature of 35C, however outside under those massive Morton Bay figs, with a slight breeze, the temperature was 10C less. So lovely.
This week people had a teeny bit more time to get away from Christmas things and sketch with friends.
A happy group, lots of laughs and chatting, and all straight into sketching anything around them.
As your tutors, Kathy or myself are there to help with any of your work past or current. Where are you stuck? Something you thought wasn’t quite happening, we’ll work together to change that.
Next Wednesday Jan 3, meet at 10am at Bella Vista, then we’ll sketch at Cemetery No 3.
10am – 12noon $10pp.
Then January 10, 17, 24.
Term 1 2018 starts the following week!

Bella Vista is at North Head Manly. We are travel Sketchers and all current and former students are welcome. You are very welcome to come along though it’s not a lesson. A5 sketchbook, Black pen, travel sized watercolours.
